Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has represented ISP Portugal, a member of the International Schools Partnership group, in its acquisition of Colégio Vasco da Gama, a well-established educational institution in Sintra known for its academic excellence and innovation. The transaction was led by Mafalda Barreto, the managing partner and a partner in the corporate practice at the Lisbon office. She coordinated a multidisciplinary team that included Susana Morgado, Filipe Santos Barata, João Bento Cardoso, Fátima Gerardo, Matilde de Sousa Marto, Afonso Scarpa, Mariana Machado de Oliveira, João Marques Rodrigues, Madalena Caldeira, João Roque Branco, Ana Baptista, Duarte Rocha Manso, and Gonçalo Jardim.
