Stocche Forbes and Pinheiro Neto were the law firms involved in the recent issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) by Virgo Companhia de Securitização. Stocche Forbes represented Minerva, while Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriters. The transaction involved the issuance of 2,000,000 CRA across four series, totaling BRL 2 billion. Specifically, 982,158 CRA were allocated in the First Series, 66,718 CRA in the Second Series, 306,003 CRA in the Third Series, and 645,121 CRA in the Fourth Series. These certificates were backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Minerva. The legal teams included partners and associates from both firms.
