"Norton Rose Fulbright has assisted PKO Bank Polski and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in financing the acquisition and construction of biogas plants owned by Neo Biofuel Energy, marking Poland's first syndicated biogas financing deal. The investment program, valued at PLN 217 million, will support the development of seven biogas installations with a total capacity of 12 megawatts, expanding to 24 megawatts post-expansion. The initial phase includes PLN 74 million for three agricultural biogas plants in the Lubelskie and Slaskie regions. Kimla Law represented Neo Biofuel Energy in the transaction."

Norton Rose Fulbright and Kimla Law participated in a significant transaction, advising PKO Bank Polski and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on financing the acquisition and construction of biogas plants owned by Neo Biofuel Energy, a subsidiary of Neo Bio Energy. The financing arrangement, which represents the first syndicated biogas financing deal in Poland, supports an investment program valued at PLN 217 million. This program includes the development and construction of seven biogas installations with a total capacity of 12 megawatts at acquisition and 24 megawatts after planned expansion. The initial phase will allocate approximately PLN 74 million for the construction of three agricultural biogas plants located in the Lubelskie and Slaskie regions.
