Freshfields Advises UniCredit on €350m Revolving Credit Facility for OHB SE

"Global law firm Freshfields has advised UniCredit Bank GmbH on a €350 million revolving credit facility agreement for OHB SE, a company in the space and technology sector. In a recent transaction, global law firm Freshfields advised UniCredit Bank GmbH in securing a €350 million revolving credit facility agreement for OHB SE, a publicly listed corporation in the space and technology sector. The new revolving credit facility, which replaces a previous €300 million agreement from 2020, was established with a syndicate of eight banks to provide financial resources for the working capital and general corporate purposes of the OHB Group. UniCredit acted as the bookrunner, mandated lead arranger, and documentation agent for the transaction.
