The property spans 85,000 square meters and is located at Jagenbergstraße and Blindeisenweg. It consists of six buildings, offering nearly 40,000 square meters of rental space, of which approximately 29,000 square meters are warehouse space and around 11,000 square meters are office space. The property is 96% leased, with a total of 24 tenants from various industries.
