The transaction involved the acquisition of PMT Group, a UK-based logistics business specializing in transportation and warehousing services for the theatre and live entertainment industry, by Lionfisher Limited, a search fund led by entrepreneur Eyal Kaplan. This acquisition is part of NCA’s Operator-Led Search Fund Program, which supports experienced professionals in acquiring high-potential businesses.
