Addleshaw Goddard has advised Iroko Iberia in the acquisition of a logistics platform, while also representing Iroko Zen in a separate retail space acquisition. In the recent transaction, Iroko Iberia acquired a 48,000 sqm logistics platform located in Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza) for approximately €30.6 million. This platform is situated in a key logistics hub in northeastern Spain, within the Madrid-Barcelona corridor, and boasts excellent access to the A-2 and A-23 highways. The facility features 33 loading docks, a clear height of 11 metres, and holds a BREEAM Very Good certification. It serves as the corporate headquarters and main logistics center for ADI Hogar, a prominent player in the wholesale market for home and hospitality equipment.
