The transaction involves Bosch Group's acquisition of Servei Tècnic and its three associated service companies under Setesa (Grupo Setesa), following the earlier acquisition of three official technical services in 2024. This move is part of Bosch's strategic plan to enhance its after-sales service capabilities in Spain, allowing Bosch Home Comfort Group to improve its network and the quality of technical support provided to customers.
