The "Campus" portfolio consists of six student residences—five in the Paris region (Arcueil, Bagneux, Guyancourt, Levallois-Perret, and Massy) and one in Aix-en-Provence—totaling 28,000 square meters and providing 1,300 beds. This acquisition aligns with J.P. Morgan Asset Management's development strategy, in partnership with QuinSpark Investment Partners, in the managed living sector, particularly focusing on student housing.
