Addleshaw Goddard has advised Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust in the divestment of Arkonska Business Park in Gdansk, valued at EUR 7.8 million. The transaction involves the sale of Arkonska Business Park, a two-building office complex with a total lettable area of 11,710 square meters. This divestment is part of SERT’s strategy to streamline its portfolio by reducing exposure to non-core markets and B/C grade office assets, while focusing on logistics, light industrial, and data centers. The proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into higher-value strategies, further strengthening SERT’s portfolio and maintaining its disciplined capital structure.
