In a recent transaction, Stratulat Albulescu advised Catalyst Romania on its EUR 1.25 million investment in Carfix, while Andronic and Partners provided legal assistance to Carfix. The investment will enable Carfix, a Romanian-developed digital platform that integrates automotive insurance, repairs, and related services, to further develop its technology, expand partnerships with insurance companies and repair networks, and offer innovative solutions aimed at significantly reducing vehicle ownership and maintenance costs. The Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Partner Cristina Man, with Associate Cezara Mitea also contributing.
