Kanga & Co acted as the sole legal counsel to Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) and the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM), Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited, in connection with DevX's Initial Public Offering (IPO). DevX successfully completed its IPO, issuing 23,500,000 equity shares and raising a total of ₹143.35 crore. Established in 2017, DevX specializes in providing flexible office solutions, including coworking spaces and managed office environments, and has become one of the largest operators of flexible workspaces in Tier-2 markets. The transaction team from Kanga & Co included Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner), Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate), and Associates Pooja Lalwani, Meghna Sharma, Divyansh Minocha, Priya Kataria, Siddharth Jani, Suphla Singh, and Rishi Mandavkar.
