In a recent transaction, AZB & Partners advised Saatvik Green Energy Limited on its ₹900 crore initial public offering (IPO), while Khaitan & Co provided counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Ambit Private Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited. Saatvik Green Energy Limited successfully raised ₹900 crore through an IPO that included both a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The company is recognized as one of the fastest-growing solar module manufacturers in India, with a significant production capacity of 3.8GW annually from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Ambala, Haryana. The transaction team from AZB & Partners comprised Senior Partners Varoon Chandra and Agnik Bhattacharyya, along with Associates Tanaiy Tewari, Harsh Vardhan Singh, Damini Mathur, Shivani Singh, Vaibhav Kumar Shah, and Vinayak Gupta. Khaitan & Co's team included Partner Gautham Srinivas, Partner Sathvik Ponnappa, Principal Associate Sanjeev Chowdhary, Senior Associate Vaishnavi Gupta, and Associates Sarvesh Sharma, Shambhavi Gautam, Vidushi Tanya, Naman Seth, and Swadha Swaroop.
