Hogan Lovells Supports Corrum Capital Management in A.C. Monza Acquisition Financing

"Hogan Lovells has advised Corrum Capital Management on financing for Beckett Layne Ventures' acquisition of 80% of A.C. Monza, an Italian football club, from Finanziaria d’Investimento - Fininvest S.p.A. Fininvest will retain a 20% stake, which is set to be sold to BLV by June 2026. Hogan Lovells participated in the transaction by advising Corrum Capital Management, while also assisting Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) in the financing for the acquisition of A.C. Monza. The transaction involved the financing granted to BLV for the acquisition of 80% of the shares in the Italian football club A.C. Monza from Finanziaria d’Investimento - Fininvest S.p.A. Following the acquisition, Fininvest will retain a 20% stake in the club, which is expected to be sold to BLV by June 2026.
