The transaction combines Hawkswell Kilvington's nationally respected construction team with Beyond Corporate's construction practice, creating a strengthened national construction offering. Hawkswell Kilvington will operate as Hawkswell Kilvington Construction Law from its offices in Manchester, Leeds, and London, and its 20-strong construction team will increase Beyond Law Group's headcount to over 130, with projected revenues expected to exceed £20 million in the current financial year. The Browne Jacobson team was led by Partner Ryan Brown, with support from Associates Miranda Foy, Alex O'Donoughue, and Laura Dunn, as well as trainee solicitor Anne Gascoigne in the corporate practice. Principal Associate Craig Thomas provided support in tax matters, while Associate Tim Williams assisted with employment aspects.
