In a recent transaction, the law firm Eubelius acted as sole lead counsel to Warehouses De Pauw (WDP) in relation to its EUR 500 million issue of green bonds. The transaction involved WDP's inaugural issuance of 5.25-year green bonds with a fixed coupon of 3.175%, which has been admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Brussels. This issuance marks the first under WDP's newly established EUR 3 billion Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. The Eubelius team members involved in the transaction included Thomas Donnez and Nikolai De Clercq, who specialized in debt capital markets, as well as Wouter Claes and Elise Reynders, who focused on tax matters.
