In a recent transaction, JSA Advocates & Solicitors acted on behalf of existing investor Lok Capital (Lok Capital IV LLC and Lok Capital Co-investment Trust) and lead investor Blue Earth Capital in their investment in GrowXCD Finance. GrowXCD Finance has successfully raised approximately ₹200 crore ($22.8 million) through a Series B fundraise, which was led by Blue Earth Capital AG and Prosus Ventures, with participation from existing investors Lok Capital and UC Impower. This funding will enhance GrowXCD's capacity to expand its operations and improve its digital lending capabilities, focusing on providing tailored credit solutions to micro, small, and medium enterprises across India. The transaction was led by Partner Siddharth Mody, with support from Partner Rohan Kumar, Senior Associate Tanmayee Sahoo, and Associate Ayush Chaturvedi. Due diligence was conducted by Partner Rohan Kumar, along with Senior Associate Tanmayee Sahoo and Associates Ayush Chaturvedi, Vidushi Jain, Gavin Pereira, and Prakhar Jain.
