MPI Corporation Acquires AutomatisierungsTechnik Voigt GmbH to Expand European Operations

Gleiss Lutz has represented the Taiwanese MPI Corporation in its acquisition of AutomatisierungsTechnik Voigt GmbH (ATV). In this transaction, MPI will acquire 100% of the shares in ATV, a full-service provider of automation solutions based in Dresden, Germany. The acquisition is expected to enhance MPI's presence in Europe and strengthen its local operations and technical support, contributing to the company's long-term growth and revenue increase. The necessary regulatory clearances for the transaction have already been obtained.
