In a recent transaction, the law firm Noerr advised IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH on the acquisition of an office property, while the seller, a closed-end public fund managed by Real I.S., was involved in the deal. The transaction involved the purchase of the “Cityflow” building located in Munich’s Schwabing district, which has been fully renovated and offers approximately 8,215 square meters of rental space. The property is fully leased to the main tenant, Volkswagen, and the deal was structured as an asset deal.
