The transaction includes the acquisition of IMG’s portfolio of international tennis events, the contemporary art organization Frieze, and a majority ownership interest in Barrett-Jackson, a premium collector car auction and automotive lifestyle brand. The tennis portfolio encompasses prestigious ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 tournaments, such as the Miami Open presented by Itaú and the Mutua Madrid Open, along with other leading WTA events and major ATP tournaments.
