Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Comcast Corporation in connection with its recent financial transaction involving senior notes. In this transaction, Comcast Corporation conducted seven offers to exchange certain series of its senior notes for new senior notes, alongside seven cash tender offers to purchase any and all of the outstanding notes. As a result, Comcast issued approximately $1.17 billion in new senior notes and received cash tenders totaling approximately $754.69 million. The Davis Polk corporate team included partner John B.
