Gide advised the Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris (RIVP) in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the Société Immobilière de la Rue Tournefort, which owns the property located at 39 and 41 rue Tournefort in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. The property is a former university residence dating back to the early 20th century, situated in the heart of the Panthéon and Montagne Sainte-Geneviève district. Inspired by the residences of Oxford and Cambridge, it was established by American Protestants around 1910 under the name "pension Concordia." The RIVP plans to convert the building into a social student residence on the upper floors after renovation work, while the ground floor will be developed into activity spaces. The Gide team included Antoine Lelong (partner), Manon Garoui (associate), and Mathilde Gaudin Douady (associate) focusing on transactional and corporate law; Olivier Dauchez (partner), Sacha Najafi (counsel), and Gabriel Macé (associate) handling tax aspects; and Etienne Chesneau (partner) and Louise Boy (associate) involved in other related matters.
