Gide advised Heal Capital in connection with the $20 million Series A financing of Vocca. Vocca, founded in 2024 and specialising in voice artificial intelligence agents for healthcare professionals, completed a $20 million Series A round led by Norrsken VC, alongside Heal Capital, Speedinvest and firstminute capital, as well as several business angels including the founders of Alan and Datadog. The financing is intended to enable the company to continue rolling out its solutions to medical practices in the United States and in Europe.
