Akerman Advises Ondas on $205 Million Acquisition of GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies

Akerman served as U.S. counsel to Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) in its acquisition of GATE Technologies Ltd. and Bron Technologies Ltd. The transaction brings GATE Technologies, an Israeli defence technology company that specializes in Electronic Safe & Arm Devices (ESADs) and advanced electronic fuzing technologies used across modern precision weapons and autonomous strike systems, and Bron Technologies, a European manufacturer and certification affiliate of GATE’s systems, into Ondas’s business. Under the terms of the deal, Ondas paid $205 million, consisting of $105 million in cash and $100 million in Ondas common stock, plus a working capital adjustment. Also during August and September 2026, Akerman represented Ondas as U.S. counsel in connection with the business acquisitions of Cyberhawk Holdings Limited, Insignito Solutions Ltd., CaribouLabs Ltd. and Ottopia Technologies Ltd.
