A&O Shearman advised Arkéa, Auxifip, La Banque Postale and MUFG, acting as arrangers, initial lenders and cover banks, in connection with the €165 million refinancing of Covage Infra Concessions, the fibre‑optic B2B concessions business of the Altitude group. The transaction comprises €130 million of refinancing facilities, a €30 million capex financing line and a €5 million revolving credit facility. The financing refinances the existing financial indebtedness of Covage Infra Concessions and will support the modernisation and improvement of Covage’s fibre‑optic infrastructure. It will also accompany the continued growth of Covage’s network and strengthen its position as a reference infrastructure player serving the French fibre‑optic sector.
