Advant Nctm and Baker McKenzie advise on Flamma's acquisition of Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals Italy

Lundbeck A/S in Flamma’s acquisition of Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals Italy S.p.A., the Padova-based producer of pharmaceutical APIs and advanced intermediates. Completion of the transaction remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals."

Advant Nctm advised Flamma S.p.A., and Baker McKenzie advised H. Lundbeck A/S in the transaction between the two parties. Flamma S.p.A. has acquired the entire share capital of Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals Italy S.p.A., a company controlled by H. Lundbeck A/S and owner of the Padova production facility specialised in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and advanced intermediates. The completion of the transaction is subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
