Addleshaw Goddard advises Eden Rock Credit on ABL facility for Marshall Land Systems

The financing will aid MLS’s carve‑out from the Marshall Group and its acquisition by Canadian private equity firm Flowing River Capital; MLS employs over 500 people across the UK, the Netherlands and Canada and has revenues above £100m."

The Asset‑Based Lending team at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard advised Eden Rock Credit in connection with the provision of an asset‑based lending (ABL) facility to defence infrastructure company Marshall Land Systems (MLS). Eden Rock Credit provides asset‑backed private credit to mid‑market businesses across the UK and Europe. Marshall Land Systems designs and builds mobile military shelters, tactical vehicles and deployable field infrastructure for defence, humanitarian and national security operations worldwide. The ABL facility will support MLS through its carve‑out from the Marshall Group and its acquisition by Canadian private equity firm Flowing River Capital. MLS employs over 500 people in the UK, the Netherlands and Canada, reports revenues of more than £100m and has a new manufacturing facility in South Wales intended for future growth.
