Moncey Avocats advises Aldebaran Capital Partners on investment in Verpack

The transaction aims to support Verpack’s expansion in France and internationally and to strengthen its industrial performance and growth strategy."

Moncey Avocats advised Aldebaran Capital Partners in connection with its investment in Verpack. The transaction sees Aldebaran Capital Partners become a reference shareholder of Verpack alongside the founding family, which retains majority ownership. Verpack, founded in 1993, designs, manufactures and markets high-value packaging solutions for clients mainly in the cosmetics, perfumery and luxury sectors. The group employs around 530 people and operates five production sites in France and one site in Tunisia. The investment is intended to enable Verpack to pursue its development in France and internationally, notably in Italy and Switzerland, to reinforce its positioning on high-potential segments and to explore external growth opportunities. Aldebaran Capital Partners will also support the group in continuing its organisational structuring and in optimising its industrial performance.
