Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Andera Partners on acquisition of Sotralu Group

Sotralu, founded in 1978, employs around 200 across sites in France, Italy and Portugal and generates approximately €45m in revenue. The acquisition aims to accelerate Sotralu’s growth and development."

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Andera Partners in the acquisition of the Sotralu Group. Founded in 1978, Sotralu is a recognised European designer and manufacturer of high-end aluminium joinery solutions. The Haute-Garonne-based company employs nearly 200 people across four industrial sites in France, Italy and Portugal and reports approximately €45 million in annual revenue. The acquisition is intended to enable Sotralu to accelerate its growth and continue its development.
