Brown Rudnick represented Holiferm Limited in the closing of its Series B2 funding round and in the strategic acquisition of the Organica group. The Series B2 financing closed on 16 September 2026. The round was led by RA Capital (Boston) and included participation from Clean Growth Fund (UK), Rhapsody Venture Partners, Rivas Ventures (Cambridge, MA), Thai Oil (Thailand), Merseyside Pension Fund (UK) and ICOS Capital (Netherlands), among others. The acquisition of the Organica group was completed concurrently as a strategic transaction to expand Holiferm’s capabilities in developing sustainable biosurfactants that replace harmful petrochemicals in consumer detergents. Brown Rudnick represented Holiferm Limited with a team composed by: partners Neil Foster and Tim Davison, and associates Nick Davies and Katrina Hart.
