Accelevation Completes Initial Public Offering

"Simpson Thacher & Bartlett represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in the initial public offering of Accelevation Holdings Corp. The offering sold 30,000,000 Class A shares (10,000,000 by the company; 20,000,000 by Olympus-affiliated sellers), raising approximately $540 million. Accelevation now trades on NASDAQ under ACCV; the IPO closed October 1, 2026."

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with the initial public offering of Accelevation Holdings Corp. The offering consisted of 30,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, of which 10,000,000 shares were sold by Accelevation and 20,000,000 shares were sold by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Olympus Partners. The offering generated approximately $540 million in gross proceeds. Shares of Accelevation are listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol ACCV. The initial public offering closed on October 1, 2026. Accelevation is a vertically integrated infrastructure platform that designs, manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure products for mission-critical environments, serving hyperscale, colocation, artificial intelligence, cloud and other large-scale data center customers with integrated, factory-built solutions aimed at speed, scalability and deployment certainty.
