Akin Gump Advises Forge on Acquisition of Becker's Healthcare

Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP advised Forge, an Apollo Global Management portfolio company, in its acquisition of Becker’s Healthcare from Pamlico Capital. The acquisition includes all of Becker’s media and event assets, encompassing conferences, digital publications, newsletters, podcasts and executive communities. The transaction will combine Becker’s Healthcare with Forge’s existing healthcare portfolio, including Fierce Healthcare and Life Sciences, creating a scaled platform across healthcare, life sciences and the full care continuum.
