Arsene advises HomeExchange on Verlinvest investment

The tax law firm Arsene advised HomeExchange in connection with the entry of Verlinvest into the company’s share capital. HomeExchange, founded in 2011 by Charles-Édouard Girard and Emmanuel Arnaud, is an international home-exchange platform present in 155 countries. The company employs more than 170 people across France, the United States and Croatia. HomeExchange reported revenue of €49.8 million in 2025 and anticipates approaching €60 million in 2026. Over the past twelve months, 2.3 million travellers completed an exchange on the platform. Under the operation, Verlinvest becomes the principal shareholder of HomeExchange alongside the founders Charles-Édouard Girard and Emmanuel Arnaud, with Ternel reinvesting as part of the transaction. Isai has sold its entire stake after having supported the company for more than five years. With this transaction, HomeExchange intends to continue developing its offering and to accelerate its deployment in its historical markets in Europe and the United States, as well as in selected international markets such as India.
