UNTUCKit is a casual men’s apparel brand operating more than 70 retail stores across the United States and a substantial e‑commerce business. The brand is backed by venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins. The acquisition positions UNTUCKit to enter its next phase of growth by leveraging Randa’s sourcing capabilities, retailer relationships and access to capital.
