Kirkland & Ellis Advises ARCHIMED on Final Close of Oversubscribed €1.5 Billion MED IV Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised ARCHIMED, a global private equity specialist exclusively focused on healthcare, on the successful final close of the MED IV fund. The fund closed at its €1.5 billion ($1.75 billion) hard cap. Launched in January 2026 with an original target of €1.2 billion ($1.4 billion), the fund completed its raise in less than six months and was three times oversubscribed. The oversubscription reflected strong, sustained demand from both existing and new investors.
