Aquanexa acquires Danphix with legal, financial and notarial advisors

Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (Crccd) and GA-Alliance advised Aquanexa (the Acea Group platform) on the transaction, Chiomenti advised Danphix and the seller, FG2 Capital acted as financial advisor to Danphix, and Studio Notarile Todeschini & Associati handled the notarial aspects. The transaction sees Aquanexa, the Acea Group platform active in services for the water industry, acquire Danphix, an operator specialised in no‑dig rehabilitation of water, sewer and industrial infrastructures. Danphix employs technologies that enable network rehabilitation without excavation and has a track record of projects carried out in 15 countries. The acquisition is part of Aquanexa’s growth strategy and leads to the establishment of a new Business Unit, Trenchless Technologies, dedicated to no‑dig technologies for network rehabilitation. The new unit is intended to develop a specialised trenchless capability within Aquanexa by integrating skills, technologies and execution capacity for the rehabilitation and renewal of water, sewer and industrial infrastructures, and to strengthen the company’s position along the integrated water service value chain.
