August Debouzy advised Main Capital Partners and its portfolio company cisbox in the acquisition of Oxalys Technologies. C-Level Partners acted for the sellers. The transaction concerns the acquisition by Main Capital Partners and its portfolio company cisbox, a leading German provider of cloud- and AI-based Procure-to-Pay solutions, of Oxalys Technologies, a French publisher of SaaS Source-to-Pay solutions serving mid-market companies and public sector organisations. The acquisition complements cisbox’s existing automation capabilities in accounts payable, payments and operational purchasing, adding strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management and supplier relationship management to its offer. This acquisition is aligned with cisbox’s strategy to build a pan‑European finance software group. It follows the prior combination with Millum and represents the third complementary acquisition since cisbox’s partnership with Main Capital Partners. The deal is expected to broaden the group’s sectoral and geographic presence across the DACH region and the Nordics, strengthen product portfolio complementarities and create cross‑selling and international expansion opportunities.
