International law firm Addleshaw Goddard advised Advanced Inheritance on its new eight-figure funding partnership with Paragon Bank. Advanced Inheritance, the UK’s fastest-growing provider of probate loans to beneficiaries and executors, has entered a funding arrangement with Paragon Bank’s Structured Lending division. The partnership will support Advanced Inheritance’s growth plans and expand its capacity to provide probate loans—products that carry no regular borrower repayments and no fixed terms, being repaid by the estate once distributions can be made. The collaboration with Paragon Bank reflects the growing role of probate lending in assisting beneficiaries, executors and legal professionals to manage the financial challenges that can arise during estate administration.
