FTPA and Chiomenti advise Ykone (ONE Group) on acquisition of Italia Eventi, now NO BORDER

FTPA Avocats advised Ykone (ONE Group) on the acquisition of Italia Eventi, and Chiomenti advised Ykone (ONE Group) on the Italian law aspects of the transaction. The transaction concerns the acquisition of Italia Eventi, a Rome-based company specialised in event production for the luxury sector, which has been renamed NO BORDER. Founded in the 1980s by Fulvio Valente, the company is today led by his sons Mirko Valente as general manager and Federico Valente as creative director. NO BORDER designs and produces events for clients including Kering, LVMH, EssilorLuxottica and Campari. The acquisition marks ONE Group’s establishment in Rome within the events sector and strengthens its presence in Italy, where it already operates through its subsidiary New Media Agency. With the integration of NO BORDER, ONE Group now offers luxury and premium brands an integrated service combining influencer marketing, creative production and event management. The group comprises ten companies and more than 450 specialists across 14 countries, with consolidated revenues of approximately USD 200 million.
