The tax law firm Arsene advised Spie batignolles in connection with its acquisition of the Braja-Vésigné group. Braja-Vésigné, founded in 1986 and based in Orange, is a recognised operator in roadworks and urban development across Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Languedoc-Roussillon and the southern Rhône-Alpes. The group reported revenue of €224 million in 2025 and employs more than 740 people. Its operations include 13 agencies, 10 asphalt plants, an aggregate plant and several material recovery platforms. The acquisition strengthens Spie batignolles travaux publics’ foothold in the South-East of France and consolidates its position among the country’s major public works contractors. As a result of the transaction, Spie batignolles travaux publics’ revenue increases by nearly 40% to approximately €790 million and the business now has over 3,000 employees.
