A&O Shearman Advises Apollo on USD585 Million Hybrid Financing for The Executive Centre

A&O Shearman represented Apollo-managed funds (Apollo) in connection with a USD585 million hybrid financing for The Executive Centre (TEC). The financing will be used primarily to refinance TEC’s existing debt and to support the continued expansion of its platform across key markets. The Executive Centre is one of Asia’s leading providers of premium flexible office space, operating more than 260 centres across 38 cities in 15 markets throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
