Baker Botts LLP represented Perry Weather, Inc. in connection with a $110 million growth investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners, with participation from Arthur Ventures. The investment will support the development of AI-powered capabilities across Perry Weather’s product suite and the company’s continued growth. Perry Weather also plans to add more than 50 roles through 2027 across software and hardware engineering, product, support and services at its Dallas headquarters. Perry Weather provides a weather safety and operations platform for organizations that work, practice and play outdoors. Its on-site weather stations and cloud-connected software deliver hyperlocal monitoring, automated alerts and siren activation for hazardous conditions, including lightning, heat, wind and poor air quality. The company serves customers across athletics, education, construction, manufacturing, local government and golf.
