Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Lizy Group on first securitisation of vehicle rental receivables

"Ashurst Perkins Coie advised Lizy Group NV on structuring and implementing its first securitisation of vehicle rental receivables arising from its SME rental activities in Belgium and France. The transaction was financed by ABN AMRO as senior investor and Pollen Street Capital as mezzaneur. Loyens & Loeff advised Lizy on Belgian law. Deal closed 17 June 2026."

Ashurst Perkins Coie advised Lizy Group NV, with Loyens & Loeff advising Lizy on the Belgian law aspects of the transaction. The transaction comprised the structuring and implementation of Lizy Group NV’s first securitisation of its vehicle rental receivables, arising from its car rental activity for SMEs in Belgium and France. The securitisation was financed by ABN AMRO acting as senior investor and by Pollen Street Capital providing mezzanine financing. The operation was finalised on 17 June 2026.
