Avnet Completes $550 Million 5.650% Senior Notes Offering due 2031

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and MUFG, in a registered offering by Avnet, Inc. of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 5.650% Senior Notes due 2031. The notes offering was registered by Avnet and raised $550 million in aggregate principal. Avnet expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts owed under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility and its accounts receivable securitization program.
