Al Tamimi & Company advises Dubai Investments Industries on CMC Dubai acquisition

Al Tamimi & Company advised Dubai Investments Industries (DII), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments, on its acquisition of the remaining shares in Clemenceau Medical Centre Dubai (CMC Dubai). The transaction results in DII becoming the sole shareholder of the private hospital located in Dubai Healthcare City. Dubai Investments, incorporated in 1995, is a UAE-based investment company with a portfolio spanning real estate, healthcare, building materials, investments and services. Al Tamimi & Company represented Dubai Investments Industries (DII) with a team composed by: Richard Catling and Alyzeh Zahid, of counsel in the corporate practice, who led the team acting under the instruction and coordination of Antoine Abi Rached and the wider Dubai Investments team; with support from Jeanne Visser, Zeenah Awamleh, Ehab Morcos, Mohamed Nazmy, Mariam Eldawy, Omar AlJuneidi, Mohammed Kawasmi, Edward Imrie, Adnan Zuwayyed, Mariam Sabet and Emma Rubidge.
