Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nxt-Infra Trust and the lead managers NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and Ambit Private Limited in connection with an institutional placement of units. Nxt-Infra Trust made an issuance of units by way of an institutional placement to institutional investors aggregating to ₹700.15 crore. Sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Limited, Nxt-Infra Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) that owns and operates road and highway assets across India. Its portfolio comprises six project SPVs covering over 2,000 lane kilometres across Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Nxt-Infra Trust and the lead managers NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and Ambit Private Limited with a team composed by: the capital markets team comprising Janhavi Manohar (Partner), Saksham Khokhar (Senior Associate), Ankesh Kumar (Senior Associate) and Associates Molika Agrawal, Sanjana Prasad, Monusha Nambiar, Aryan Pandey and Maria Palamattom.
