Addleshaw Goddard advised Resi4Rent, the largest subscription-based apartment rental provider in Poland, on the acquisition of a plot of land designated for the Resi4Rent Wrocław Bardzka project. The project, located on ul. Bardzka in Wrocław, comprises 620 furnished units available on a subscription basis. The scheme includes studio, two-room and three-room apartments delivered under the ResiStudio, ResiComfort and ResiFamily formats, and offers convenient access to public transport, key academic and commercial hubs, and nearby green spaces. This marks another transaction on which Addleshaw Goddard has advised Resi4Rent.
