Antas da Cunha Ecija advised Horizon Equity Partners on an investment representing 80% of the capital of Geralseg – Sistemas de Segurança and Vitelsis – Sociedade Comercial de Eletrotecnia. The transaction allows Horizon to strengthen its position in the specialized technical services sector by supporting the development of two companies with complementary activities in security systems, telecommunications and electrical installations. Antas da Cunha Ecija oversaw the due diligence exercise on both target companies, prepared the documentation required to complete the transaction — including the investment agreement and the shareholders’ agreement — and handled the notification to the Portuguese Competition Authority.
