Arnold & Porter advised OneView Commerce on its contract with the United Kingdom Post Office for an electronic point-of-sale (EPOS) system. The contract was concluded as part of the Post Office’s replacement of its existing Horizon system and secures OneView Commerce’s role in delivering the new EPOS solution. Arnold & Porter represented OneView Commerce with a team composed by: Jeremy Willcocks, Corporate & Finance partner, Matty Desmond, associate, and John Schmidt, partner (advising on antitrust matters).
