Akerman represented the franchisor Clean Your Dirty Face in its sale to Gorgeous Collective. The transaction involved the sale of Clean Your Dirty Face, a facial bar brand founded in 2015 that offers 30-minute facial services and a proprietary skincare product line. The brand has grown to 33 locations nationwide and serves clients through a signature facial protocol performed by licensed estheticians. Gorgeous Collective, a multi-brand beauty and wellness franchise platform anchored by IMAGE Studios and a portfolio company of private equity firm MPK Equity Partners, completed the acquisition. The deal is Gorgeous Collective’s first acquisition since its launch and expands the platform’s reach into the professional skincare market. Akerman represented Clean Your Dirty Face with a team composed by: Ted D.
